We offer Diminishing Musharakah services for financing assets, such as property, vehicles, and machinery. In Diminishing Musharakah, the Bank and the customer participate in joint ownership of the property, equipment, or commercial enterprise. The customer, as a lessee, uses the Bank’s share and pays rentals, while also redeeming the Bank’s share as a partner.
