Yvette Singh was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director at HBZ Bank Limited in 2019 and became the Chairman of the Board in 2022. She is a banker with more than 28 years of banking experience, primarily gained at First National Bank and FirstRand Limited, including 16 years at the South African Reserve Bank (SARB), where her last role was Deputy Registrar. She holds a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) and Honours B. Com qualifications and is a member of the Institute of Directors South Africa (IoDSA).
